REGISTRATION AND CONTRACT CONCLUSION

By submitting a written or verbal registration, the contracting party, hereinafter referred to as the customer, makes a binding offer to conclude a contract. By registering, the customer accepts the General Terms and Conditions. The reservation becomes binding as soon as the ordered service is confirmed by „Tour de Wrocław“, hereinafter also referred to as the organizer, via email or telephone.

PAYMENT

Payment for the service is made in advance online or in cash on site. Please note that for groups of 5 or more people, a deposit of 50% is required.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT BY THE CUSTOMER (CANCELLATION)

The customer may withdraw from the contract up to 7 days before the start of the booked event. The relevant date is the date of receipt of the withdrawal declaration by the organizer. The withdrawal must be made in writing or by telephone and must be confirmed by the organizer. If the customer withdraws from the contract or does not appear at the agreed time without prior withdrawal, the organizer will charge compensation of 50%. For groups of up to 4 people, cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the trip, after which the organizer reserves the right to charge a fee of 100%.
